Booking & Cancellation Policy • All appointments require a 50% retainer to secure your time. This will be charged the day prior to your appointment. • The retainer is applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. • Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period if running late. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the retainer will be forfeited. • If you reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice, your retainer will transfer to your new appointment. • Retainers are forfeited for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows. • No-shows will also be charged the remaining balance of the service scheduled and missed.
